The video gained over 1.4 million views in a year (shown below). The sound begins with crowd noise before cutting to the CupcakKe song.
On September 21st, 2020, TikToker[3] @nmillz1 posted a video doing an original dance in which he waits over the crowd sounds, then poses a number of times over the song, gaining over 5.8 million views in just under a year (shown below).

I Like You, Have A Cupcake x Smack My Ass Like A Drum Remix
I Like You, Have A Cupcake refers to a viral audio clip of Fish Hooks character Albert Glass giving two students cupcakes, saying, "I like you, have a cupcake," to each, then uncomfortably groaning at the third person and ignoring them, deeming them unliked and leaving them without a cupcake before giving a cupcake to a fourth character. The audio clip became popular on TikTok as an original sound in July 2021, used in lip-dub skits to showcase people or things a TikToker does and doesn't like.
On July 27th, 2021, TikToker[7] @brhlthvr uploaded a video with on-screen text reading "why did I make this" and showcasing an original sound consisting of the "I like you have a cupcake" dialogue, but replacing the disgusted groan with a clip from the song "Vagina" by CupcakKe in which she sings "smack my ass like a drum." The video gained over 2.1 million views in a month (shown below).
The original sound became notably popular over the course of the next month, inspiring over 294,000 videos by August 31st. It is often used by TikTokers to comedically admit their lust for a fictional character. For example, on 28th, TikToker[8] @missss.piggy used the sound over a video reacting to all the chipmunks from Alvin and the Chipmunks, gaining over 6.4 million views in a month (shown below, left).
