The Siren Head Dance or Neck Snapping Dance is a dance trend set to a song used in an edit of the cryptid Siren Head on TikTok. The Siren Head edit was posted by TikToker @jnzinzb7 in July 2025. The dance, which begins with one dancer pretending to crack another's neck over a snapping sound effect, was created by TikToker @sofiawlbnm2 in August 2025 and popularized that month, leading into September 2025. Some of the most viral versions of the dance are performed by twins.

On July 19th, 2025, TikToker[1] @jnzinzb7 posted a Siren Head compilation edit set to an electronic song that begins with a snapping sound, garnering over 6 million views in two months.


On August 20th, TikToker[2] @sofiawlbnm2 posted a video in which she and a friend do a dance to the song that begins with one of the girls pretending to snap the other's neck over the snapping sound effect, garnering over 2.6 million views and 159,000 likes in two weeks and starting the dance trend.

The dance went viral in late August 2025 as it spread online. On August 22nd, 2025, TikToker[3] @alina.lilya.fran.bow posted a video doing the dance that gained over 22 million views and 2.1 million likes in two weeks.


On August 27th, TikToker[4] @_evaat__ posted a video in which she does the dance with her twin sister, garnering over 13 million views and 1.8 million likes in a week.


On September 2nd, 2025, TikToker[5] @trillizasgrinwis2 did a version of the dance that garnered over 22 million views and 3.1 million likes in three days.
