Both have birthmarks that take up a large portion of their face. The little girl says joyfully, "He has a birthmark like me!" Over two days, the video amassed over 22.7 million plays and 4 million likes (shown below).

On January 12th, TikToker^[4] @bbygoatttz also posted an animation, receiving over 2.5 million plays and 681,100 likes in a day (shown below).
