On March 26th, 2025, the entire set of "Shining Revelry" cards for Pokemon TCG Pocket were leaked and posted on Pokemon Zone^[1] a day before their official launch. Among those leaks is card 78, an Art Rare version of Wigglytuff drawn in a more realistic style than usual.^[2] The booster packs officially became available in the game the next day.

Social media users began posting about the card that day, mostly to make fun of it or laugh about its design.
