Why Does Everyone Always Look at You That Way? is a line of dialogue from a scene in the 2023 Five Nights at Freddy's movie in which Vanessa tells Mike to stop bringing Abby to Freddy Fazbear's, followed by Abby saying to Mike about Vanessa, "She looks so angry. Why does everyone always look at you that way?" In February 2024, the scene was remixed with the song "Sarah" by Alex G and became the backing track for an animation trend on TikTok in which characters from various fandoms recreate the scene. Origin

In one scene in the Five Nights at Freddy's movie, Mike (played by Josh Hutcherson) is told by the security guard Vanessa (Elizabeth Lail) to stop bringing his younger sister Abby (Piper Rubio) to his shifts at Freddy Fazbear's. He gets in the car and Abby says, "She looks so angry. Why does everyone always look at you that way?" (shown below).

On February 5th, 2024, TikToker^[1] @ake_.latte posted an animation set to a version of the audio clip remixed with the song "Sarah" by Alex G, garnering over 5.7 million views in a month (shown below). The original video that remixed the audio by TikToker^[2] @_cr1ms0n._ appears to have been deleted.
