About

She Gon' Call Me Baby Boo, also known as the Baby Boo Meme, is a misheard lyric from the song "What You Is" by NBA YoungBoy in which he raps, "she gon' call me Baby Buddha." In late January and early February 2026, the portion of the song where YoungBoy raps the line went viral on TikTok as the subject of remixes, which replace the original beat with more absurd beats. The trend was popularized by TikToker @boolonx2 and was started by TikToker @ckeleton0.

The remix trend features heavy crossover with the Baby Boo dance trend. In February 2026, the trend inspired an offshoot meme known as Baby Boo Syndrome, which imagines an illness related to a remix of "What You Is" with Frank Ocean's "White Ferrari."
