I Don't Think So Pal is a quote and catchphrase said by professional wrestler Seth Rollins during a 2016 WWE promo as he interrupts Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. A viral video of the clip became a prominent sound and source of CapCut video memes on TikTok in the mid-2020s.

On June 20th, 2016, Seth Rollins interrupted a promo between Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns saying, "No no no. No way. I don't think so, pal. That's not how this works" (shown below).

On June 2nd, 2023, TikToker relatablebro69^[1] posted the scene with a caption about a mom being mad about not vacuuming properly, gaining over 1,300 likes in nearly one year (shown below).

Over the following months, the clip appeared in numerous viral CapCut edits and memes. For example, on June 29th, 2023, TikToker bloodflower^[2] posted an example that gained over 12,000 likes in nearly a year (shown below, left). On June 16th, user @zavala_559^[3] posted an edit that gained over 500 likes in a similar timeframe (shown below, right).

Also on June 16th, 2023, TikToker anth.mann^[4] posted an example that gained over 16,000 views in nearly one year (shown below, left).

On April 8th, 2024, the TikTok account kwiktrip^[5] used it to joke about the 2024 solar eclipse, gaining over 4,000 views in two weeks (shown below, right).

As of April 19th, 2024, the "I don’t think so pal" template on CapCut^[6] accumulated nearly 65,000 uses and 5,300 likes.
