Schizophrenic Lifting Content, continued Legalize Trenbolone Acetate, refers to a catchphrase and viral TikTok audio by TikToker @anabolicapparel in which a deep voice says, "schizophrenic lifting content, legalize trenbolone acetate" over a beat. The video was posted to TikTok in October 2022 and became a prominent original sound in lip-dub and workout content over the following months. In January 2023, the account posted a new version of the sound that begins "new year, new schizophrenic lifting content." The sounds are similar to other TikTok audios like Legalize Nuclear Bombs and Shadow Wizard Money Gang.

Origin

On October 10th, 2022, TikToker[1] @anabolicapparel, an account that promotes the apparel brand Anabolic Apparel,[2] posted a video compilation of gym and lifting memes (along with merch designs) to an original sound in which a booming voice says "schizophrenic lifting content, legalize trenbolone acetate" over a beat, garnering over 1.2 million views in four months (shown below).

The original sound for @anabolicapparel's video became popularized over the following months, inspiring over 4,900 uses in four months. The majority of the videos are lip dubs and gym content, often showing someone doing an extraordinary or strange workout. On October 16th, 202, TikToker[3] @killljoyy posted a lip dub flexing to the audio, garnering over 1.6 million views in four months (shown below, left). On October 20th, TikToker[4] @matthiasmckinnon posted a video using a bench to workout with to the audio, garnering over 2.4 million views in roughly the same span of time (shown below, right).

New Year, New Schizophrenic Lifting Content

On January 11th, 2023, TikToker[5] @anabolicapparel posted a video containing a new version of the audio that begins, "New year, new schizophrenic lifting content," garnering over 780,000 views in a month (shown below, left). The audio then became popularized over the course of the month, inspiring over 540 videos by February. One of the highest engagement examples was posted by TikToker[6] @musclepilledv2 on January 13th, garnering over 134,000 views in a month (shown below, right).
