About
"Sarah Jessica Parker Looks Like a Horse" is a catchphrase often associated with images that compare Sarah Jessica Parker's face to a horse. This is commonly done by placing a photo of SJP next to that of a horse in the style of Totally Looks Like / Separated At Birth images.
Origin
The single topic blog "Sarah Jessica Parker Looks Like A Horse" was created on April 14th, 2008, one month prior to the May 30th release of the Sex and the City movie.[1] The blog consists of photos of Parker directly next to photos of horses. Wilber, who created the site, claims that he was inspired by a clip from the movie Ed Wood, featuring Sarah Jessica Parker.[2]
"Do I really have the face of a horse?"
Spread
The single topic blog has been featured on Howard Stern, Opie and Anthony, New York's Newsday, The Guardian [3], Perez Hilton [4], D-Listed [5], and several other celebrity news sites and talk shows.
South Park Appearance
On March 17th, 2010, the television series South Park featured an animated Sarah Jessica Parker in the episode "The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerBalls". In the episode she is compared to a horse, as well as being called a "transvestite donkey witch". While it appears that The Family Guy Effect did not discourage the use of the catchphrase, it did make many people mistakenly attribute the origin to South Park rather than the single topic blog.
