About
RIGGED RIGGED RIGGED is a copypasta that spread following the 2020 U.S. presidential election, much like the similar copypasta I love seeing Trump supporters cry. The copypasta is one that expresses frustration over the election's results, and echoes conspiracy theories spread by Donald Trump over the election being allegedly rigged, mainly posted by Twitter users mocking the theories.
Origin
The presumed origin of the copypasta comes from a tweet by Twitter user Lionel on November 6th, 2020, but appears to have since been deleted. The following day, Twitter[1] user VEN0KEY tweeted a screenshot of the original, receiving 42 likes in roughly two weeks (shown below).
The text reads as follows:
RIGGED RIGGED RIGGED, I absolutely don't want to live in this nation where our GREAT PRESIDENT TRUMP is getting ROBBED! This is absolutely the final straw, my KIDS ARE IN DANGER and I won't live in this nation another day! I'M MOVING TO ALASKA AND FINALLY LEAVING THE USA!!!
Spread
Several Twitter users copied the original post shortly after it was tweeted and began adding photos to it or using it in replies throughout the day on November 7th, 2020. One such example was tweeted by Twitter[2] user jaynyce646, who included the profile picture meme of stereotypical Trump supporters, receiving over 660 likes and 40 retweets in 13 days (shown below).
In a reply to CNN's tweet about Joe Biden winning the election, Twitter[3] user MitchAndSports tweeted the copypasta, receiving over 1,100 likes and 350 retweets in 13 days (seen below, left). That same day in a reply to Donald Trump's tweet claiming he "won the election by a lot," Twitter[4] user rageefffect_ tweeted the pasta, receiving over 5,100 likes and 1,800 retweets in 13 days (seen below, right).
Also on November 7th, Twitter[5] user HGonzas used the copypasta in a reply, accumulating more than 3,900 likes and 560 retweets in 13 days (shown below).
