About
Rate My Work Fit or Rate My Back to School Fit, also known as the Rate My Fit Meme, is a TikTok and YouTube meme trend in which users ask viewers to rate their outfit using the phrasal template "rate my X fit," then display their entire outfit laid out on the ground while presumably naked. The trend is inspired by a July 2023 viral video by TikToker @krashfffffffffffffffff in which he showcases his entire work outfit, including the underwear, at his workplace, inspiring parodies over the following months where users do the same thing with the implication that they're naked. The trend and its accompanying catchphrase are typically set to the song "Heartburn" by Tenseoh.
