Randy Your Sticks refers to a snowclone popular on Tumblr that originated from a sarcastic roleplaying dialogue between two users that culminated in one user typing "RANDY YOUR STICKS." The post became popular on Tumblr as users created artwork mimicking the post and turned "Randy Your Sticks" into a snowclone.

Origin

On July 4th, 2016, Tumblr user slimetony^[1] made a text post which read, "hey guys im making french toast sticks in the oven. I’m gonna take a quick nap wake me up in 5 minutes so i can flip them over." User gudram, blog since changed to peachsnout, reblogged saying "Randy its been five minutes flip your sticks." slimetony responded "snnnnzzzzz," to which gudram responded "RANDY YOUR STICKS" in large font. The post has gained over 265,000 notes (shown below).

On July 18th, 2016, Tumblr user sneakyhere posted an audio recording of the dialogue, gaining over 26,000 notes (shown below).

Tumblr users also began posting art referencing the post. For example, Tumblr user mudjuice posted art featuring characters from 17776, gaining over 490 notes (shown below, left). User thehighbloodprince posted a parody using Steven Universe, gaining over 8,100 notes (shown below, right).

Additionally, text posts were made recreating the dialogue with different characters from pop culture. Some popular examples include a post by theteravoltdragon which referenced the creation of the game Hiveswap_, gaining over 5,800 notes (shown below, left), and a post by pincurlsandpixiedust which referenced "_Hamilton":/memes/subcultures/hamilton and gained over 720 notes.
