About
PS4 Repairman, also known as PlayStation 4 Repairman, refers to a series of memes about how being a PlayStation 4 repairman is the hardest job in the world because of a widely held perception that, in 2025, PS4s are dated machines that take expertise to fix. The punchline relies on the belief that getting a new PlayStation 5 (PS5) is better than fixing an old PS4. Although the latter sounds cheaper, it would take an expert PS4 repairman. PS4 Repairman memes surfaced en masse on TikTok in October 2025, following a photo slideshow that joked about it being a "Top 5" career that AI will never take over.
