It's literally on Heebee" and "Poob has it for you" was posted on Tumblr by user @orcboxer in late March 2024. On March 24th, 2024, the Tumblr^[1] blog @orcboxer made a post using names of fictional streaming services that alluded to the odd names of streaming services like Hoopla, Hulu, Pluto and Tubi. This post gained over 100,000 notes within one year. A transcript of the post is shown below.

Twitter / X^[2] user @SMlTTENMITTENS tweeted a version of the aforementioned Tumblr post on June 5th, 2024, gathering over 10,000 likes in a year. However, the meme did not gain significant traction until early 2025 when more internet users began riffing on the joke on Tumblr.

A January 15th, 2025, post by Tumblr^[3] user @sploon-fic-fan referenced the Poob Has It For You meme, as well as the Straight Up Jorking It meme. The post read, "poob straight up has it for me. and by 'it' i mean. well lets justr say. the show," and gathered over 5,000 notes in four months.

The parody Tumblr^[4] page @Poob-Official began posting as the fictional streaming service in 2025 as well. A March 7th, 2025 post shows the account responding to a tweet that read, "I know its a joke but 'Poob has it for you' annoys me so much because Poob is region locked. Poob does NOT have it for you if you're outside of the US and Canada." The post gathered over 20,000 notes in two months.

On April 6th, 2025, Bluesky^[5] user @maiamindel posted a version of the meme after the 2025 Stock Market Crash that read, "Have you seen the markets? They crashed the Dow. It literally tanked Heebee. It brought down the TOPIX with banks. It's literally hitting the Russell. It probably tanks the Hang Seng. Dude he crashed the Gumpy. It's hitting the Kospi original. It's reached the Poob." The post gathered over 4,000 likes in a month.

On April 8th, Tumblr^[6] user and parody account WatchPoob posted a joke poster advertising Goncharov, a non-existent film that arose out of a collective writing project on Tumblr in 2024. The post gathered over 90,000 notes in three weeks.
