Sofiya Guliyeva, also known as @sofiya.guliyeva on TikTok, is purportedly the girlfriend of Andrew Tate who in November 2022 started posting TikTok videos with Tate in Dubai that followed TikTok trends such as the 'Sensual Seduction' trend. She referred to herself as "Baby G" in her videos' captions in reference to Tate's nickname "Top G." The two were said to be "fighting the matrix" according to Guliyeva. Her videos inspired multiple reactions of awe, mostly due to Andrew Tate and his content being banned from all major social media platforms in August 2022.

Background

Not much is known about Sofiya Guliyeva's background. According to her YouTube^[1] channel's about section and her Instagram^[2] bio, Guliyeva is 22 years old and originally from Toronto, Canada. She later moved to Antalya, Turkey, where she lives and works. It's unknown what her occupation is, however, she has a link to Tate's Hustler's University in her YouTube about section.

TikTok Presence

Although Guliyeva has been active on Instagram^[3] since 2019 and on Twitter^[4] since 2015, it was on her TikTok^[13] that she received viral attention in early 2022. Her first TikTok^[5] video was uploaded on February 10th, 2022, in which she showed off the Turkish city of Antalya, earning roughly 1,800 plays in nine months (shown below, left). Guliyeva's first viral TikTok^[6] was uploaded on March 19th, gaining roughly 1.1 million plays and 30,600 likes in eight months (shown below, right).

Sofiya Guliyeva started posting duets with Andrew Tate-related content in mid-2022. This first happened with a TikTok^[7] uploaded on July 9th, 2022, however, on July 11th, Guliyeva posted a similar TikTok^[8] that received more attention, gaining roughly 5.3 million plays and 445,700 likes in four months (shown below).

It's unknown when Guliyeva and Tate started communicating online, however, Tate purportedly noticed her on TikTok due to the number of duets she posted with his content and her reiteration of his values in the female form. On October 23rd, 2022, Guliyeva posted a TikTok^[9] that revealed she had arrived in Dubai from Antalya (Tate was known to live in Dubai at the time).

Later on October 23rd, she posted another TikTok^[10] showing a compilation of videos from a night out in Dubai with a caption reading, "Cheers to attacking the matrix 🥂 #topg." The video received roughly 1 million plays and 33,900 likes in 11 days (shown below) and in the comment section, many TikTokers believed that she "actually got picked ☠️" by Tate.

Continuing into November 2022, Guliyeva started to call herself "Top Girl" in her TikTok captions and continued to post mini-vlogs in Dubai. On November 2nd, 2022, Guliyeva posted her first TikTok^[11] that featured Andrew Tate himself, following the "Sensual Seduction" TikTok trend and writing in the caption, "Top G 🐍 & Baby G 👼🏼." In one day, the video received roughly 10.8 million plays and 1.3 million likes (shown below, left).

Again on November 2nd, Guliyeva posted another TikTok^[12] that featured Tate and followed the I'm Looking For a Yellow Bone, Long-Haired Star trend. In less than a day, the video received roughly 9.3 million plays and 1.1 million likes (shown below, right).

By November 3rd, 2022, Sofiya Guliyeva had amassed roughly 243,100 followers on TikTok,^[13] 12,200 followers on Instagram,^[2] 581 followers on Twitter^[14] and 268 subscribers on YouTube.^[1]

Kanika Batra also known as the Female Andrew Tate is an influencer, content creator, author, model, trained opera singer and mental health advocate largely known for her videos about being sociopathic. She began posting modeling photos to Instagram in 2014 and videos about living with sociopathy to YouTube in 2020, expanding to self-help, discussion and advice videos on TikTok in 2022 framed through the voice of a "diagnosed sociopath." In late 2022, some began comparing Batra to Andrew Tate for her opinions on dating and love, prompting the nickname "female Andrew Tate" among some internet users (though Batra refutes this comparison).
