About

LeanBeefPatty is a female fitness and bodybuilding TikToker, YouTuber, Instagram influencer and Twitch streamer known in memes for the Mildly Muscular Women Think They're Gods trend. She's also trended online since then and over the course of 2021 and 2022 mostly due to her physique that some perceive as blending e-girl and bodybuilder aesthetics (such as six-pack abs, strong biceps and muscular legs). She's been interviewed by creators and discussed online as a tomboy that many men, women and enbies alike thirst over. Additionally, rumors of LeanBeefPatty deepfakes surfaced related to NSFW content about her; these are unconfirmed, however.

Background

LeanBeefPatty's real name is Patty, which she revealed in a Q&A video on YouTube, uploaded on January 4th, 2022 (shown below, left). In the Q&A, she also revealed that she'd been working out for nearly a decade, going to the gym on and off for quite some time. She started doing gymnastics as a child. She then uploaded another Q&A video on March 6th, 2022 (shown below, right).

Online History

LeanBeefPatty's online presence started on Instagram in 2020 when she uploaded her first, still-accessible Instagram[1] post on February 29th, 2020. The post was a video of her performing an ab workout on an overhead bar with the location being Newport Beach, California. Over the course of two and a half years, the video received roughly 359,100 views and 11,600 likes (shown below).

LeanBeefPatty continued posting content to Instagram going into 2021, gaining a small following through workout videos and gym, mirror selfies. For instance, on February 23rd, 2021, LeanBeefPatty posted a selfie to Instagram[2] that received roughly 6,400 likes in a year and a half (shown below, left). On the following day, she posted another selfie to Instagram[3] along with an ab workout that received roughly 8,200 likes in the same time period (shown below, right).

On March 7th, 2021, LeanBeefPatty uploaded her first, still-accessible TikTok[4] video in which she performed multiple stretches on the floor that promoted flexibility and back strength. Over the course of a year and a half, the video gained roughly 1.8 million plays and 339,800 likes (shown below, left). Due to the viral success of the video, LeanBeefPatty's content continued its upward trajectory in engagement. For instance, on March 15th, 2022, she posted a TikTok[5] that received roughly 6.3 million plays and 1 million likes in a year and a half (shown below, right).

Toward the end of 2021, LeanBeefPatty spread her influence to YouTube, uploading her first YouTube video on December 19th, 2021, titled, "GYM WORKOUT VLOG WITH THE BEEF AND CO.?!?!?" Over the course of 10 months, the video gained roughly 794,900 views and 35,000 likes (shown below).

Mildly Muscular Women Think They're Gods / Know Your Place

Mildy Muscular Women Think They're Gods, also known as Know Your Place, refers to a viral LeanBeefPatty TikTok in which she appears muscular and towering over the camera, with a comment bubble containing the text, "mildly muscular women think they're gods" and the caption "know your place…" A screenshot of the TikTok led to an exploitable redraw image template in 2021. On June 26th, 2021, LeanBeefPatty posted a TikTok[6] that replied to the user comment with a video in which audio of Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen saying "Know your place, fool" is played while she stands, looking down at the camera. Over the course of 11 months, it gained over 40.8 million views and 324,600 likes (shown below).

A redraw trend was then inspired by a viral tweet[7] that posted a screenshot of LeanBeefPatty's video (examples from Twitter[8][9] shown below).

LeanBeefPatty Deepfakes

On October 13th, 2022, TikToker[10] jakorbie posted a video with text overlay reading, "Pov: your girlfriend wakes up at 2am and catches you watching LeanBeefPatty deepfakes 👀." The existence of NSFW deepfakes involving LeanBeefPatty is currently unconfirmed despite the aforementioned TikToker's insistence.
