June 2025 Arrest

On June 30th, 2025, KHOU-11[6] reported that Justin Guzman was in custody after turning himself in for the shooting of 30-year-old Anthony Sanders in a parking garage at The Galleria shopping mall in Houston, Texas, on June 3rd, 2025. An accomplice, Marko Cinan, was already in custody.

According to the report, Sanders was driving around the garage looking for his fiancée. When he found her, she told him that a group of men – presumably Guzman and Cinan – made comments to her. Sanders drove around looking for them. Allegedly, they brake-checked Sanders' car, Sanders, Guzman and Cinana all got out of their cars, and allegedly they began shooting at Guzman and continued shooting as they drove from the scene.

On July 1st, X[7] user @FearBucked reposted a video compiling an image of Guzman with footage of him turning himself in to the police, garnering over 11,000 likes in under a day.

Justin Guzman's arrest was widely shared on social media and reported on in the media in late June and July 2025.

On July 1st, 2025, the @DramaAlert X[8] account reported on it. On the same day, X[9] user @unlimited_ls shared the story, garnering over 300 likes in under a day.
