Hailey Rose or That Girl With the Hearse is an influencer and welder known for her goth aesthetic and her 1999 Lincoln Town Car Hearse "Lily," which has its own OnlyFans page. Rose gained a significant following on sites including TikTok and Instagram throughout the 2020s for her hearse and comedy content, starting the OnlyFans page for the hearse as a trollish response to her fans asking her to start an account.

Online History

Hailey Rose's earliest available content was posted to her TikTok^[1] page, @x.hailey.rose.x, on November 8th, 2021, in which she shows off her recently purchased 1999 Lincoln Town Car Hearse (shown below).

The majority of her content going forward focused on the hearse. For example, on November 17th, she posted a video to TikTok^[2] asking common questions about the hearse that gained over 450,000 views, revealing that she got a coffin along with the hearse (shown below, left). On the same day, she posted a video to TikTok^[3] where she dances by the hearse and shows off its lights, garnering over 530,000 views in three years (shown below, right).

The hearse is Rose's "daily drive" car. On December 7th, she posted a video to TikTok^[4] recording herself going through a drive-thru with the hearse, showing how it's possible to do so, garnering over 699,000 views in three years (shown below). On January 7th, 2022, she posted a video to TikTok^[5] about what she keeps in her hearse that gained over 2.4 million views in two years.

On January 17th, 2022, Rose was profiled by the New York Post^[6] in an article titled "Woman drives hearse, says it helps her nap in peace."

That year on an unclear date, she started an SFW OnlyFans page for the hearse, which she calls "Lily," @lilythelincoln. The post consists of photos of the hearse with double-entendre-laden puns for captions. On October 9th, she posted a video telling the story of how she started the page after getting tired of her fans asking her to start a page of her own, also explaining how she made it very clear the that page is for the hearse as to not scam anyone (shown below).

In October 2022, Rose started posting content to her Instagram^[7] page, that_girl_with_the_hearse.

On December 22nd, 2023, Rose was featured in an interview by YouTuber^[8] VINwiki, in which she again tells the story of the hearse's OF page, explaining how it ended up in the top 4.3 percent of OnlyFans users, garnering over 85,000 views in three months (shown below).
