About
Ezra Miller is a nonbinary, American actor known for their roles in DC Comics films such as The Flash and Suicide Squad, as well as other movies like Perks of Being a Wallflower. They were born in 1992 and made their acting debut in 2006. They've since surfaced in meme discourse on websites like Twitter going into the early 2020s due to multiple assault charges, predominantly occurring in Hawaii at a karaoke bar. In 2022, Miller moved to Stamford, Vermont where they housed a mother and her children in questionable conditions as well as got charged with felony burglary in August 2022.
Bodycam footage of their assaults and altercations with the police later surfaced, wherein, they ranted about NFT art, among other topics. Allegations of their relations with a 12-year-old minor named Takota Iron Eyes also surfaced, related to "cult" like manipulation and resulted in a restraining order. This led to a discussion regarding Ezra Miller's fingers, which were often shaped into a triangle and alluded to be some sort of symbol. They also deleted their Instagram after posting multiple memes that taunted the authorities looking for them, where previously, they'd threatened the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) in a video on their Instagram Story.

DC fans were upset by the clip, and on April 8th, called for Miller to be removed as The Flash due to the viral video.[10] Also on the 8th, it was revealed by news outlets like The Wrap[11] that Miller was not under investigation for the alleged assault.
Other than outrage, humorous reactions ensued like a tweet posted by Twitter[12] user onetwobagels on April 6th that earned roughly 15,000 likes in two years (shown below, left). Also on the 6th, Twitter[13] user MrNiceGuy513 edited the Grant Gustin Next To Oliver Queen's Grave template to read, "Ezra Miller's Career," earning roughly 10,400 likes in two years (shown below, right).

Assault Charges in Hawaii
On March 31st, 2022, The Independent[16] reported that Miller had been issued a restraining order in Hawaii from a couple who reported they had allegedly, "burst into their bedroom and threatened them." The event happened two days earlier on March 29th. Two days prior to that, on March 27th, Miller had allegedly harrassed patrons at a karaoke bar by yelling obscenities, grabbing a mic from a singing woman and lunging at a man playing darts.[16] On that day, they were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment but were later released on $500 bail.
On April 12th, a video was posted by TMZ to YouTube that showed Miller at another bar in Hawaii, dancing freely. Over the course of eight days, it earned roughly 38,900 views (shown below).

A YouTube video was posted about the development by Hawaii's local KHON2 News, earning roughly 4,100 views in one day (shown below).

The tweet earned roughly 55,800 likes in less than a day (shown below).

"Spitting In Face" Body Cam Footage

On June 6th, 2022, allegations surfaced that Ezra Miller had supplied a minor named Tokata Iron Eyes alcohol, marijuana and LSD when she was only 12 in 2016.[25] The two met when the actor was visiting Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. Tokata's parents levied the allegations, saying Miller flew her out to London in 2017 to visit the studio where Fantastic Beasts was being filmed. She was 14 at the time and Miller was 25. Tokata's parents stated they flew to Miller's home in Vermont in 2022 to take Tokata home. There, they discovered she didn't have her driver's license, car keys and bank card. Bruises where also seen on Tokata's body which they alleged Ezra caused.[25]

Deleted Instagram After Mocking Authorities With Memes
On June 15th, 2022, it was reported that Miller made posts to their Instagram Story that mocked the authorities who were looking for them.[29] Screenshots of the Instagram memes were shared by CBR[29] in an article written about the development (shown below).
Gun-Filled Vermont Farm
On June 23rd, 2022, the Rolling Stone[32] published an article titled, "Guns, Bullets, and Weed," which dealt with new-found information that Ezra Miller had been housing three young children and their mother alongside firearms and marijuana at a farmhouse located in Stamford, Vermont. The mother had met Miller in Hawaii and moved to Vermont in mid-April along with her three children, the youngest being a one-year old and the oldest being a three-year old. [32] When the mother moved to Vermont, she left her husband without warning. This anonymous father was the one who tipped the Rolling Stone about the situation. The mother also spoke with Rolling Stone but her name was additonally withheld by the publication.
A local Stamford, Vermont handyman named Whitney Suters was one of the only people identified in the article. His Instagram,[33] whitneysuters, is still active as of June 23rd, 2022, wherein his tagged photos there are pictures of him and Miller together (shown below).
Video footage and Instagram posts from the mother are still currently unknown by the public but were referenced by Rolling Stone. The videos showed "at least eight assault weapons, rifles, and handguns lying around the living room, with some weapons propped up next to a pile of stuffed animals." [32]
Additionally, Suters posted tweets[34][35] about the investigation regarding Miller and placed Iron Eyes at the Vermont house too (shown below). One tweet posted on June 16th, 2022, claimed that Miller was, "Not running. The county sheriff has been to our place several times to check in with Ezra. We had a good chat with him day before yesterday. Don't believe the media" (shown below, right).

Through surveillance cameras and statements, the police charged Ezra Miller who owns a home in the same town. Also on August 8th, Twitter[40] user mannmiami posted a similar tweet about Miller respawning "in random locations to attack locals like its call of duty multiplayer," earning roughly 113,000 likes in the same time period (shown below, right).
Others continued to joke about the upcoming The Flash movie, still set to star Miller and release on June 23rd, 2022.[37] For instance, on August 8th, Twitter[41] user PrettyMuchIt captioned a photo of a restrained Hannibal Lecter from The Silence of the Lambs with, "ezra miller arriving at the flash premiere," earning roughly 135,600 likes in less than a day (shown below, left). Pleads 'Not Guilty' To Felony Charges
On October 17th, 2022, Miller appeared in court in Vermont for the May 1st home burglary they allegedly committed. Miller plead "not guilty" to the charges. If convicted, they could face up to 26 years in prison.
Many online made memes picturing Miller promoting the upcoming "Flash" movie from a prison cell, such as the one seen below by @WildeePatrol, posted on October 17th and receiving over 8,500 likes in to days.[46]
Others joked about the ceaselessness of headlines involving Miller and their alleged crimes. For example, @jeremylovesyallposted on October 16th, 2022 comparing their constant presence in the news to Kanye West and earning over 1,000 likes in three days (seen below).[47]
