CircleToonsHD is a popular YouTube channel known for short animated sketches about video games, memes, and online culture.

History

CircleToonsHD was created by Christian Brinkley on December 14th, 2012.^[1] His first video, uploaded that day, was an animation of the Game Grumps 'What Is This?' Freakout (shown below, left). After several years with intermittent releases, the channel began posting more regularly in 2017. On February 17th, 2017, the channel posted a skit more in line with what would become its signature style, gaining over 290,000 views (shown below, right).

Several of the channel's videos have gained millions of views. As of April 26th, 2019, the channel's most popular video, "Cuphead is EASY," gained over 3.9 million views (shown below, left). It's next-most popular, an Avengers: Infinity War parody, gained over 3.4 million views (shown below, right).

As of April 26th, 2019, CircleToonsHD has over 728,000 YouTube subscribers. Brinkley is also on Instagram,^[2] where he has over 14,000 followers, and Twitter,^[3] where he has over 28,000 followers.
