Chanbahni is a YouTube and Instagram meme creator primarily known for his IRL video game edits and Tiny Shrek and Animal Crossing Vine videos.

Online History

On April 14th, 2015, YouTube user Chanbanhi posted a humorous video titled "tsm vs c9," referencing rivalry between League of Legends esports teams (shown below, left).^[1] On December 22nd, 2017, the user posted the first IRL video game edit titled "when u succ at sanic", with the video gaining over 35,300 views in two years (shown below, right).^[2]

On December 23rd, 2017, the edit was reposted by Twitter user @MrPolo_, gaining over 12 million views in two years.^[3] Between December 23rd and 28th, Chanbanhi created a Twitter account,^[4] also creating an Instagram^[5] account on March 24th, 2018, posting IRL video game edits and other humorous videos on all three platforms.

Animal Crossing Vines

On April 11th, 2019, Chanbanhi posted a reenactment of Here's the Mother Fucking Tea viral video using Isabelle character model from Animal Crossing video game. The video received over 1.9 million views on Twitter,^[6] 195,000 views on Instagram^[7] and 12,000 views on YouTube in five months.^[8]

In the following months, Chanbanhi posted multiple similarly executed reenactments of popular Vines and other viral videos (examples shown below).

Tiny Shrek

On May 2nd, 2019, Chanbahni posted a video of a miniature Shrek completing a dog course, with the edit gaining over 14 million views on Twitter,^[9] one million views on YouTube^[10] and 864,000 views on Instagram in four months (shown below).^[11]

In the following months, more Tiny Shrek edits were posted by Chanbanhi and YouTube user Jejkobbb (examples shown below).

Personal Life

On his personal Instagram account,^[12]^[13] Chanbanhi revealed that (as of June 2019) he is 28 years old, resides in Florida, has a bachelor's degree in graphic design, is an avid PC and console gamer, allergic to cats and mains Yoshi in Super Smash Bros. Chanbahni is a self-taught video editor and uses After Effects and Cinema 4D for his videos.
