Addison Rae or Addison Easterling is a TikToker, model and influencer who gained popularity in summer 2019 on TikTok due to her, lip-sync and dance videos. That winter, she became involved with Hype House and continues to primarily post TikTok videos.

Online History

On July 9th, 2019, Addison Rae posted her first TikTok in which she lip sings with a friend and gained over 168,500 likes in eight months (shown below, left). On July 25th, @addisonre posted a dance video with her mother which quickly became popular and garnered over 449,300 likes in eight months. She continued to post many videos with her family members (shown below, right).

On August 15th, @addisonre postted a TikTok video in celebration of gaining over 300,000 followers on TikTok in a month (shown below, left). On December 4th, 2019, she posted her first video with Charli D'Amelio which garnered over 2.8 million likes in three months.

On December 20th, Hype House posted their first TikTok video which included Easterling (shown below).

On January 18th, Hollywire uploaded a YouTube video in which they interview Addison Rae and speak about her experiences in the Hype House (shown below). The video garnered over 360,900 views and 9,000 likes in two months.

The video which features the illusion that Addison Rae shoots a football from her butt was criticized on Twitter for being inappropriate. On January 13th, 2020, Twitter user @isabella_nowak reposted the New York Jets^[3] TikTok video shortly after it was uploaded, according to The Daily Dot^[1]. The Twitter user captioned the video "Whoever runs the Jet’s official Tik Tok account is about to be promoted or fired" and gained over 88,800 likes and 10,000 retweets in three days.

Personal Life

Addison Easterling is from Louisiana and lives with her two brothers, her mom, Sheri Easterling, and her father, Monty Lopez but frequently stops by the Hype House in Los Angeles, California.^[2] On January 21st, 2020 she signed with WME in all areas.^[8]
