About
The Owl Arm Trend, also known as the Bird On Arm Trend, is a TikTok trend and internet challenge in which people attempt to mimic the Meowl meme, with one person holding out their arm and another person "balancing" on it with their hands, using their shirts and torso to hide the rest of their body. The trend, which mimics a bird perching on a human's arm, began gaining traction on TikTok in late September 2025, especially among young teens. The videos or TikTok Slideshow posts are typically set to a sped-up version of the song "New Soul" by David Donatien and Yael Naim.
