On March 19th, 2025, TikToker[1] @copper_ferrari posted a video of themselves driving a manlift, captioned, "OMW to the liqa sto," garnering over 1.9 million views in roughly two weeks. The video is set to a rendition of the song "Drunken Sailor" by The Irish Rovers that is often used in SpongeBob SquarePants.[2]

The meme garnered viral spread over the following days on TikTok, inspiring numerous viral examples. For example, on March 24th, 2025, TikToker[3] @imjustslo posted a version of the meme in which he climbs a ladder attached to a dam, garnering over 2.9 million views in a week.


On March 27th, 2025, TikToker[4] @raganvilt posted a version of the meme in which they show themselves to be riding a horse-drawn carriage, garnering over 14 million views in four days.


On March 29th, TikToker[5] @stevendfelix01 posted a video of himself dangling from a helicopter on a rope using the caption, garnering over 560,000 views in a day.
