Spawned as a post-apocalyptic version of both Courage and Insanity Wolf. It usually gives advice or explains situations in the Fallout universe, but also other situations such as Zombieland, Book of Eli, I am Legend, and classic/stereotypical situations in which a person is left in a post-apocalyptic age. it started some time ago, and is picking up.
