On June 24th, 2025, TikToker^[1] @bofem posted a comedy video in which he lays on his stomach while wearing a VR headset and a fedora and kicks his bare feet in the air. He says, "Oh pwincess, where are you? You can run but you can't hide. It's virtual backshot time," then claps his feet together. The video gained over 10 million views in 10 months.

In early 2025, the original sound for @bofems' video became notably popular as the subject of lip dubs and memes. For example, on January 17th, 2025, TikToker^[2] @_jayburton posted a video to the sound of someone with a full desktop computer set up at a McDonald's, garnering over 2.5 million views in three months.

On March 19th, TikToker^[3] @maverickthedobe posted a video of their dog from an overhead angle set to the audio, garnering over 78.5 million views in a month.
