About

Not All Pee Pee Times Are Poo Poo Times is a debated, humorous axiom that states that people may urinate and not defecate, but every time they defecate, they urinate as well. While jokingly discussed on social media for several years, the axiom became a meme in late 2022 after a TikToker read the catchphrase in a dramatic voice, leading the sound to be paired with videos of pets and later spreading to Instagram.
