Sometime in 2024, Neymar's picture looking at the trophy became the subject of ironic image macro memes and parodies on TikTok in which users added comedic object-labeling texts of their desires as the trophy and Neymar representing how far or impossible it is to achieve their wishes.

For example, on April 13th, 2024, TikTok[2] user @georgian.top uploaded the Neymar looking at World Cup trophy meme, adding the text, "Me looking at her knowing it's same kind of feeling the way Neymar used to look at wc trophy." The post (seen below) received roughly 1,900 likes in a year.

On April 20th, 2025, TikTok[3] user @bigcitysio posted a parody video recreating Neymar's hand pose while looking at the World Cup trophy, adding the text, "How it feels seeing a 10/10 lesbian." The video (seen below) amassed over 6 million plays and 1 million likes in a month.
