Nambia refers to jokes regarding a mispronunciation of the African country Namibia uttered by President of the United States Donald Trump during a speech to African leaders at the United Nations in late September 2017.
Origin
On September 20th, 2017, Trump delivered a speech to African leaders at the United Nations. During the speech, he mispronounced the name of Namibia as "Nambia." Shortly after, BuzzFeed News reporter David Mack tweeted a video of the gaffe, which garnered upwards of 21,700 likes and 15,300 retweets over the next 48 hours (shown below).

That day, the @NowThisNews Twitter feed posted a video mocking the gaffe, which received upwards of 6,500 likes and 6,300 retweets over the next 48 hours (shown below).

Meanwhile, other Twitter posted various photoshopped images referencing the non-existent country (shown below).
On September 21st, CNN[1] published an article titled "Trump praises health care of Nambia, a nonexistent African country." Shortly after, Redditor Trumpcarekills submitted the CNN article to /r/politics,[2] where it gathered upwards of 32,600 points (79% upvoted) and 4,000 comments. Meanwhile, Redditor RexScientiarium posted a photoshopped flag for Nambia to /r/vexillology[4] (shown below).
Also on September 21st, Redditor callofdoodee posted a picture of the Kekistan flag in a post titled "I would like to formally make a motion for the People's Republic of Kekistan to recognize the sovereignty of the Republic of Nambia, our world's largest covfefe producer" to /r/The_Donald.[3] That evening, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert mocked the gaffe during the show's opening monologue (shown below).
