About

My Toxic Trait is a phrasal template used by meme creators, Twitter users and TikTokers who relay a character trait that is humorously toxic, similar to red flag memes. It started in mid-2018 on Twitter with earnest undertones but soon became ironic in memes that undercut the seriousness of the Instagram Quote Rebuttals that started using it in the following years.
