"My Name Is Reek" is a memorable quote from the HBO television series Game of Thrones adapted from author George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series of fantasy novels. The line has been used in image macros as a joke to indicate a person's subservience to another.
Origin
During Season 3 of Game of Thrones, the character Theon Greyjoy is taken captive by the antagonist Ramsay Snow, who proceeds to brutally torture Greyjoy and forces him to change his name to Reek (shown below).

On May 24th, 2014, Imgur[2] user Raxeus uploaded a mutli-pane image macro of the Game of Thrones scene (shown below).
On December 19th, the Dank as fuck memes YouTube channel uploaded an edited version of the Game of Thrones clip dubbed with the "My Name Is Jeff" audio (shown below).
On December 1st, 2016, Redditor goldenrule78 submitted an image macro featuring a photograph of Mitt Romney seated at a dinner table with Donald Trump captioned with the phrase "My name is Reek" (shown below). Prior to being archived, the post gained over 8,200 points (90% upvoted) and 200 comments on /r/politicalhumor.[1]
Following the 2018 Russia – United States Summit in Helsinki, Finland, Redditor Ravindu Thimantha uploaded a photograph of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin captioned with the phrase "My name is Reek" to the /r/memes[3] subreddit (shown below).
