About

My Day is 6 AM to Noon refers to a video of entrepreneur Ed Mylett speaking to YouTuber Tom Bilyeu and claiming that he's broken up his day into three days to maximize his life. Mylett starts by saying, "My day is 6 AM to noon and I'm not crazy. You're crazy for thinking it takes 24 hours, just like some dude in a cave did 300 years ago." He later claims that he's "changed and manipulated time." The original interview was posted to YouTube in May 2022. It was clipped and edited by Instagram and TikTok user Evan Carmichael (@evancarmichael), which formed the well-known script and copypasta. The clip became an exploitable in 2025, as it was re-edited in brainrot edits or used on Twitter / X when paired with a funny caption.

Copypasta

My day is 6 AM to noon and I'm not crazy. You're crazy for thinking it takes 24 hours, just like some dude in a cave did 300 years ago. My second day starts at noon and goes 'til 6 PM. That's day two. And then the next day is 6 PM to midnight. What I've done now is I have changed and manipulated time. I now get 21 days a week. Stack that up over a month, I'm gonna kick your butt. Stack it over a year, you're toast. Stack it up over five years, my entire life is different than it would have been otherwise.
