Ha Cha Cha or Mortimer Mouse Shooting Shrink Ray Glove is an exploitable meme from the Disney show Mickey Mouse Clubhouse in which Mortimer Mouse (known as Megamort) uses a shrink ray while saying "Ha Cha Cha." The viral clip became a prominent video editing meme on YouTube in 2020, having a brief resurgence in early 2024. Memes using the "Ha Cha Cha" video typically start with Mortimer Mouse saying the catchphrase and holding out his hand to shoot his shrink ray, followed by an edited clip of someone being defeated by the ray or battling it.
Origin
The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episode "Super Adventure" first aired on October 18th, 2013.[1] The episode featured the Clubhouse squad teaming up to defeat "Megamort" and his shrink ray. A clip of Megamort in action can be seen below.[2] The mouse can be heard saying "Ha Cha Cha" and "Pete is big, and now he is small."
The earliest known meme using the clip was posted on April 4th, 2020, by YouTuber[3] Andyrew 72, gathering over 240,000 views in three years (seen below).

YouTuber[4] BlakexKurek posted the clip of Mortimer Mouse saying "Ha Cha Cha," before he gets cut off at "Pete is" on December 10th, 2020. The post gathered over 330,000 likes in three years (seen below). Many internet users regularly misconstrue this line as "Penis."
On February 3rd, 2024, X[5] user @CheeseReal1 posted the clip in response to a post that read, "Kindergarten twitter is going off rn." The post gathered over 7,000 likes in a week (seen below).
On February 4th, 2024, X[6] user @selectwario posted an edited version of the clip where Megamort appears to blow up a group of cartoon children, gathering over 12,000 likes in a week (seen below)
