About

MFs Really Named This, also written as MFs Really Called This, is a phrasal template that takes the name of a common object and misrepresents it in a way to produce a comical effect. Typically these memes are a combination of a picture of an object with a photoshopped caption to deliver the joke. Each meme of this type starts with the same setup using a variation of the phrase "MFs really named this" in the top text followed by the punchline in the bottom text.
