"Who Can It Be Now" is a song recorded by Australian rock band Men at Work. The most well known version was then released on Columbia in 1981 as the third single from their debut album Business as Usual (1981). The intro of the song has been used to comic effect in video edits of individuals or animals playing incongruous items as though they are playing the saxophone or the music video playing then having a character burst through a door to comic effect.

The song 'Who Can It Be Now' was released in 1981 and was later featured on Men at Work's debut album Business as Usual. The song was first posted to YouTube in 2009 but the most watched version was posted by 'MenAtWork' in 2013 with over 95 million views (shown below).

The first meme use of the song was from Aug 18, 2016 by Dave C5 where Bobby Hill from King of the Hill blows into a section of model intestine while the saxophone part of the song plays. It has since acrued over 237,000 views.
