On January 23rd, 2021 YouTuber^[1] Megan Thee Stallion posted a video titled "Hottie Bootcamp – Grocery Haul with Tim and Thee First Workout [Episode 3]" in which she can be seen wincing and drinking a smoothie around the three-minute mark (seen below). While the reaction image does not appear to have been screenshotted from this upload, the photo was likely taken during the filming of this video, which gathered over 600,000 likes in two years (seen below).

The earliest known use of the reaction image featuring Megan The Stallion was a reply by X^[2] user @ArieticalLih to a Khloe Kardashian post on February 3rd, 2021, gathering over 60,000 likes in two years (seen below).
