The cover features the band's mascot, Vic Rattlehead, standing in front of flames and giving the middle finger while wearing an all-white suit.

The image quickly inspired memes due to the perceived try-hard edginess of the image. One of the earliest examples was posted by X^[3] user @greatkhansfanxx as a comment under the original X post, garnering over 1,900 likes in two days.
