On April 16th, 2025, YouTuber^[1] Funny Songs posted a song called "Mario Tomato!" which used an AI-generated image of Mario as a tomato dancing and singing the song. Over four months, the video received over 27,300 views (shown below).

On August 14th, 2025, X^[4] user @AwesomeNintend0 posted a recording of the YouTube video, gaining over 10,000 likes in four days (shown below).

On August 15th, TikToker^[2] @local.tapeworm posted a recording of the YouTube video, adding a caption that followed the "On EVERYONE'S Souls" phrasal template, gaining over 36,000 likes in three days (shown below).
