The boy is seen bouncing up and down, which makes his chest bounce, as he says, "Mama, call a taxi." The original video went viral on TikTok in August 2025. Many online use LGBTQ+ slang like "diva" to describe the boy.

On August 5th, 2025, TikToker^[1] @disclaimer899 posted a video of a mother and son being kicked off a bus in Russia. The boy is seen crying and emotionally telling his mother, who is still confronting the bus driver, "Мама вызывай такси," meaning in English, "Mama, call a taxi." When he says it, he's seen jumping up and down, making his chest bounce. Over one month, the video received roughly 2.5 million plays and 196,700 likes.

According to commenters on a repost, ^[2] the two were kicked off the bus because the mom allegedly assaulted one of the bus drivers. On the same repost,^[2] one commenter wrote, "The mother is yelling and cursing at everyone, the child is crying, everyone is in shock. He's just terrified and incredibly ashamed of her behavior."

On September 12th, 2025, TikToker^[5] @salfetka16 posted a reenactment of the original video, reminiscent of the Accuracy Reenactment trend. Over five days, the video gained roughly 446,500 likes.

On September 13th, TikToker^[6] @2000sylexs posted an edit of the Mama Call a Taxi video, which portrayed the boy as a "diva," receiving over 221,400 likes in four days.
