MainlyMannie is a content creator who goes by the nickname Boss and CEO on TikTok who is most famous for a sketch in which they say, "Your bills has been affected young man." The video first went viral on TikTok before clips and screenshots began to be shared on Twitter as reaction videos and images.

MainlyMannie began posting videos dressed in drag and playing a confrontational corporate character known as "Boss and CEO" in 2021,^[1] with their earliest notable upload as the character being posted on June 23rd, 2021, gathering over 500,000 plays and 80,000 likes in two years (seen below).^[2]

On March 1st, 2023, MainlyMannie posted a video in which they are seen confronting someone by saying, "Your bills has been affected young man. And you need to let your bill collectors, your utility workers know, that you — you don't have the income coming in anymore." MainlyMannie's mannerisms and their purse-lipped expression became a point of amusement as their video gathered over 1 million plays and 200,000 likes in a month (seen below).^[3]
