Origin

On January 9th, 2025, rapper Lil Wudy posted a preview of his then-unreleased song "Phoebe" to TikTok,^[1] garnering over 487,000 views in a month. On January 17th, the full version of "Phoebe" was released on Wudy's Soundcloud,^[2] garnering over 89,000 plays in a month. The song does not explain who Lil Phoebe is.
