On August 19th, 2024, TikTok^[6] user @joez4842 posted a humorous slideshow containing a fake bar chart titled "Least Attractive Hobbies for Men According to Women" showing a list of nine hobbies supposedly ranked the least attractive by women respondents. The graph (shown below) ranked playing video games, collecting figurines and magic tricks as the three least attractive male hobbies, above online trolling and taxidermy. The slideshow, which made fun of the poster and his friends being into birdwatching, garnered over 356,000 views and 24,500 views.

On August 19th, 2024, X^[1] user @CSandbatch reposted the chart on X / Twitter (shown below). The post gained over 2,600 reposts and 13,000 likes in one day.

Two more reposts of the chart went viral on August 19th, 2024. Notably, that day X^[2] user @TheLaurenChen reposted the graph, commenting, "Wait, women find video games less of an attractive hobby than GAMBLING or TAXIDERMY???"
