About
Kevin Spencer Cerebral Palsy Wheelchair Fan Art, also known as Disabled Kevin Spencer, refers to a series of fan art drawings of animated sitcom character Kevin Spencer from the show of the same name as a disabled person with cerebral palsy, pictured in an electric wheelchair, similar to the one used by late theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking. The art was largely made by Twitter / X user @kevinspevin in 2025. Internet users discovered the artwork in late September 2025, causing the artist to delete all of the original posts. The Disabled Kevin Spencer art then spread across social media sites like TikTok in the following weeks. Redraws of one artwork, known as Oh Kevin, Do You Need Your Headsets? were notably shared to mock internet figures, celebrities and athletes.
Some internet users claimed that the artist behind the Disabled Kevin Spencer art was named Lottie, who is purportedly the niece of rapper Kid Cudi and is infamous for controversial subject matter from her time sharing art and animations on TikTok. The claim spread in viral posts about Disabled Kevin Spencer and fueled speculation that the fan art was created as a part of an internet paraphilia.

Lottie Claim
