About

The Kevin Gates Jump, also known as He Don't Got A Single Song Where He Need To Be Doing This, is a Story reaction to an Instagram post from rapper Kevin Gates in which he's jumping on stage at a concert in 2021 and holding his ankles and feet behind his back. The original Story poster stated that the rapper didn't have a single song that required such a movement, inspiring multiple screenshot reposts that became an exploitable template in which creators replaced the musician pictured via Photoshop edits. In 2022, the meme trended again on TikTok as users recreated Gates' jump in parodies. The catchphrase was also paired with photos of other musicians and artists performing.
