About
Just Say It Out Loud To See How It Feels / Thought About Killing You TikToks refers to a trend on TikTok set to the original sound "Thought about killing you" by Regwad,[1] which itself is a recording of a snippet from the song "I Thought About Killing You"[2] by Kanye West. In the videos, TikTokers lip-sync as Kanye speaks through the original sound, "Just say it out loud to see how it feels. People say don't say this, don't say that, just say it out loud just to see how it feels. Weigh all the options, nothing's off the table." While the TikToker lip-syncs, an on-screen caption describes a fictional situation where one person (the TikToker) is trying to convince another unseen person to say something offensive or that they otherwise don't want to say.
