About
Jschlatt's Death Predictions also known as Jschlatt's Assassinations refers to memes and jokes based on a light-hearted conspiracy theory that links Twitch streamer and YouTuber Jschlatt (real name Jonathan Schlatt) to a number of high-profile deaths in the 2020s. After Jschlatt made a post that hinted at Prince Philip's death months before his passing, his fans continued to draw links between his travels and posts and subsequent notable deaths like Queen Elizabeth's passing in 2022, and the death of Pope Francis in April 2025.
In September 2025, notable conservative activist Charlie Kirk died after being shot at a school in Utah on Jschlatt's birthday, prompting internet users to draw connections between Kirk's death and Jschlatt. Several internet users also shared posts supposedly confirming that Jschlatt was in Utah Valley for his birthday on the day of the incident. Following this, Jschlatt posted a video and denied any involvement surrounding the coincidence of his timely tweet.
Origin
Jokes linking Jschlatt to notable deaths began in March 2021 after the streamer posted a March 16th, 2021, tweet[1] responding to news about Prince Philip's poor health, saying, "I reckon April will be an interesting month." Prince Philip then died on April 9th, 2021, fueling memes about the coincidence.
