Joshua Block Helicopter Reaction or Josh Block "Oh Fuck, Oh My God" is a series of memes based on a clip of WorldOfTShirts, also known as Joshua Block, reacting to a helicopter arriving at his building during a swatting incident. The incident took place during a May 16th, 2025, stream on Parti and was reposted to TikTok shortly after as a green screen format. The exploitable green-screen format went viral that month, inspiring memes in which Josh is edited into scenarios and his reaction is used to convey shock and stress.

Origin

On May 16th, 2025, Joshua Block went live on Parti,^[1] garnering over 6,100 views in five days. At the 1:03:00 mark, Josh and the person he is streaming with hear helicopters outside of the house they're staying in. The two go to the roof and Josh remarks at the helicopters, "Oh fuck. Oh my god." In the extended clip, the two then leave the building and talk with the police, who confirm it was a swatting attempt.

On May 17th, the clip was posted by TikToker^[2] @worldofclippers2001, garnering over 248,000 views in four days.

That same day, TikToker^[3] @igreenscreenthings posted a green-screen edit of the scene that removes the background surrounding Josh, garnering over 640,000 views in four days.

The green-screen template became a viral meme on TikTok over the following days. On May 17th, 2025, TikToker^[4] @preston_wake posted a version of the meme captioned, "When mom told you to take the meat out the freezer 5 hours ago, then you hear the garage door opening," garnering over 1.7 million views in four days.

On May 18th, TikToker^[5] @alienboiplayz posted a version of the meme captioned, "POV: You walk into the principals office and see the whole friend group," garnering over 1.7 million views in three days.

On May 19th, 2025, TikToker^[6] @bobbywayne2131 posted a version of the meme referencing the underground railroad, captioned, "it's 1862 and you were supposed to meet Harriet at 2 am but you wake up and it's day light," garnering over 2.2 million views in two days.
