About

John Titor is the online handle of a man who made several bulletin board posts during the early 2000s claiming to be a time traveler from the year 2036.

Origin

In January 2001, TimeTravel_0 began using the name John Titor at the Art Bell BBS Forums. In his posts, Titor claimed to be a military time traveler from 2036, who traveled back in time using a time machine located in Tampa, Florida. His mission was to go to the year 1975 to gather an IBM 5100 computer, but he had made a stop over in 2000 to collect pictures of his family. Titor acknowledged that there may be multiple timelines for future events, and that his future may diverge from our own, but warned against an impending United States civil war over "order and rights."

The post claimed that Mike Pence was also a time travel, but had been cloned several times over to battle various political enemies through time. Additionally, a connection between Trump and the Cult of Kek is mentioned, claiming that Trump "began to understand timelines" after traveling to ancient Egypt.
