About

Jestergooning is a slang term combining the words "jestermaxxing" and "gooning." The term was coined and popularized in early February 2026 after it was featured in a slang overload tweet about looksmaxxing streamer Clavicular, which played into a trend based on similar slang-heavy posts about the streamer, including a tweet about Clavicular getting frame mogged by an ASU frat leader. The term became a staple in Clavicular parody tweets that month, spreading across social media.

While the definition of "jestergooning" is not confirmed, it is largely used synonymously with "jestermaxxing" and refers to acting goofy, funny or entertaining in order to attract the attention of women.

Origin

On February 6th, 2026, X[1] user @chromeheart600 posted a clip from one of Clavicular's Kick streams in which some women at a club or party hit on Clavicular's cameraman, garnering over 23 million views and 29,000 likes in four days.

The post reads, "Clavicular was mid jestergooning when a group of Foids came and spiked his Cortisol levels 😭 Is Ignoring the Foids while munting and mogging Moids more useful then SMV chadfishing in the club?" This is the earliest known use of the term.

The post is possibly a parody of the "Clavicular Frame Mogging" tweet, which was posted and went viral the day before for its heavy use of slang and looksmaxxing terms.
