Origin

On February 16th, 2018, season two episode 11 of The Grand Tour aired. During the episode, the hosts fill an aquarium situated in the back of a car in order to transport live fish. With the aquarium filled, James May attempts to drive forward but gets stuck, resulting in water from the tank pouring over him. Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond laugh at the sight. The clip was uploaded to YouTube^[1] on March 29th, 2021, garnering over 1.1 million views in two years (shown below).
